1. Cycle the printer's power.
2. If the problem persists follow the procedure below.

Head. Does the error move with the
LED Head?
Replace the LED Head.

properly connected and not damaged.
Is the wiring harness defective?

harness.
Go to Step 3.

Check harness continuity between the
LED Head and the Engine Control
Board. Is there continuity?
Go to Step 4.
Replace the data
harness.

Check harness continuity between the
LED Head and the LED Relay Board.
Is there continuity?
Go to Step 5.
Replace the power
harness.

Check for +5 V to the LED Relay
Board.
Replace the LED
Relay Board
Go to Step 6.

Check for +5 V at the LVPS.
Replace the Engine
Control Board
