1. Cycle the printer's power.
2. If the problem persists follow the procedure below.

Test the Belt Rotation Sensor.
Run the Switch Scan test and test
the Hall IC.
Does the sensor function correctly?

test.
2. Run the Motor Clutch test to test
the Transfer Belt Motor.
Does the motor operate?

Check all pins on the HALL1 Harness
for continuity.
Disconnect HALL1 Harness.
Is the harness conductive?
Replace the Motor
Driver Board. If the
error persists, go to

continuity. Disconnect the ribbon
cable.
Is the cable conductive?
Replace the Engine
