How to open the printer folder
This section explains how to open the printer driver icon folder for each version of Windows.
For Windows 10 (Version 1703 or later)/Windows Server 2019

Click [Start] to display the application list.

Select [Windows System Tool] - [Control Panel] - [Devices and Printers].
For Windows Server 2012 R2/Windows Server 2016

Select [Control Panel] - [View devices and printers].
For Windows 10/Windows 8/Windows 8.1/Windows Server 2012

Open the control panel and select [View devices and printers].
For Windows 7/Windows Server 2008 R2

Select [Start] - [Devices and Printers].
