13.5 Offset
LEO allows also calibration of the CO2 and O2 sensors by using an external gas meter (not hereby
provided).
To run the CO2/O2 User Calibration, it is necessary to follow the instructions below:
1. Connect the external gas meter to the incubator in order to read the CO2 and O2 compositions inside
the incubator (see Figure 103).

Once you have connected the external gas meter to the incubator, wait until it steadily reads CO2 and
O2 values and make sure that the system remains stable over time and the incubator is closed. When
