you are sure that the system is at the steady state and the read values are stable, take note of the CO2
and O2 values.
2. Connect LEO to the incubator at the same point in which you have measured by the external gas meter
(see paragraph 10 to connect LEO to the incubator) and start an Auto or a Manual gas measurement.
Read the CO2 and O2 concentrations (see paragraph 10.1.3).
3. Calculate the CO2/O2 Offset value (Offset) as the difference between CO2/O2 concentration read by
the external gas meter (Reference) and the concentration read by LEO (LEO Reading). Note that also
negative values are acceptable.
4. Insert the CO2/O2 Offset calculated value (Offset) in Offset box (as shown in Figure 104 a, b).

5. Insert the CO2/O2 concentration read by the external meter (Reference) in Reference box and then
press on Ok (see Figure 105 a, b).
