Cancelling Memory Transmission (while originals are being
scanned)

Select the [Stop] key.
During memory transmission, to cancel scanning while originals are being scanned, select the
[Stop] key, or select [Cancel].
Scanning of originals is canceled, and the originals are ejected. When originals remain in the
document processor, take them out from the original table.
Cancelling Memory Transmission (during communication)

Select the [Status/Job Cancel] key.

1 Select [Sending Jobs].
2 Select the transmission job that you want to cancel and select [Cancel] > [OK]
Cancel the transmission.
Even if transmission is canceled, there is a possibility that pages scanned prior to cancelation were sent to the
receiving party. Check with the receiving party to see if pages were accidentally sent.
In some cases, transmission may take place even if the [
Stop
] key or [
Cancel
] is selected.
