Abnormal Current
Tripping Function
When an abnormal current is detected, the S8AS cuts off the branch outputs
via semiconductor relays.
Each branch output's tripping current can be set between 0.5 and 3.8 A (in
0.1-A increments).
One of the following three detection methods can be selected for each branch
in order to detect abnormal currents (except for the S8AS-24006N/48008N,
which always use the same detection method.)
Standard detection (tripping within 100 ms)
Instantaneous detection (tripping within 20 ms)
Extended time detection (tripping within 1,000 ms)
