AUX. POWER
POWER FAIL
Indicates a failure of the secondary
power to the COMPACT.
If the installation does not have a
redundant power supply, use the Call
Point software to disable the displaying
of the Power supply alarm and send
configurations to the unit.
If secondary power is available, check
that the unit is receiving 24 VDC
through the POWER SUPPLY 2 terminal
strip (see figure 3, number 9).

MICROPHONE
CAPSULE ERROR
Indicates a capsule error of the
microphone desk that is sending the
alarm.
ME-200B
CAPSULE ERROR
Indicates a capsule error of the
microphone on the ME-200B front
module.
Check the connection from the
microphone to the ME-200B module
(metal DIN connector).
ME-200B
NOT DETECTED
Module ME-200B is not detected.
If the COMPACT incorporates the ME-
200B module, disconnect the power
supply and check the internal
connections between the ME-200B
module and the COMPACT.
If the COMPACT does not incorporate
an ME-200B module, disable this
functionality in the unit's web
configuration.

CONTACT"
SHORT CT ERR.
A short-circuit is detected in the
connection of a contact configured to
be monitored.
Check the connection of the contact.
If the contact must not be monitored,
modify the configuration of the contact
via the Call Point software.

OPEN CT ERR.
An open contact is detected in the
connection of a contact configured to
be monitored.
Check the connection of the contact.
If the contact must not be monitored,
modify the configuration of the contact
via the Call Point software.

TEXT TO NOTIFY
AN ALARM"
A contact may be configured so its
activation will generate an alarm on the
screen with the desired text.

The system does not detect a
COMPACT-E unit that appears in the
configurations of the installation.
Check the CAN bus connection between
the COMPACT-E unit and the COMPACT.
If the unit is not physically present,
check the configuration of the
installation in the Call Point software to
verify that a COMPACT-E unit has not
been added by error. If so, delete it.

The system detects a COMPACT-E unit
that does not appear in the
configurations of the installation.

unit to the installation tree.
