5.8 Return Shipments
Please contact Orolia Technical Support before returning any equipment to Orolia. Tech-
nical Support must provide you with a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) prior
to shipment.
When contacting Technical Support, please be prepared to provide your equipment serial
number(s) and a description of the failure symptoms or issues you would like resolved.
Freight to Orolia is to be prepaid by the customer.
