Also query Frequency display with :MEASure:FREQuency?.
Returns the set value only, as UPC does not measure Frequency.
:[SOURce:]CURRent:LIMit <n> sets Output Current Limit.
n = <0> to <Current meter range> RMS Amps
:[SOURce:]PHASe2 <n> sets Output Φ angle B.
n = <0> to <359> degrees
:[SOURce:]PHASe3 <n> sets Output Φ angle C.
n = <0> to <359> degrees
:[SOURce:]WAVEFORM <n> sets Output Waveform.

After sending this command, an 8 second delay is required before
sending any additional command or query. Allows UPC to restart.
This setting changes the resolution of the output signal, metering and
Harmonic Analysis option. See 2.1.1 and 4.3.1.1.

n = <15.00> to <1200> Hz., depending on Frequency Span
:[SOURce:]FREQuency:LIMit:MINimum <n> sets Output Frequency min limit.

:[SOURce:]VOLTage:INITial <b> sets initial output voltage at power up.
