Entering an Email Address
Email addresses can be entered by any of the following methods:
Using the Onscreen Keyboard
To enter an Email address directly from the onscreen Keyboard, follow the steps below.
z This function is not available when the Function Parameter “136 Restrict Direct Dial” (Fax/Email Settings >
Fax Parameters) is set to “Valid”.

Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 114.

Select “Email”.

On the Email screen, select
“Keyboard”.

Use Group Dialing (See page 119)
Searching for Destinations
Search through the Address Book (Local Search) (See page 120)
(Search by the first letter of a Station Name)
Search through the LDAP Server (LDAP Search) (See page 121)
Enter the Email address directly. (See below)
Use the pre-programmed Address Book.
Search the Address Book or Global Directory Service (LDAP).
