8.1.1.16 Data Transfer Notification
You can receive a notification that the push scan process is complete.
Scanning by selecting "Output to" and the scan settings
1. Touch the icon ( ) on the home screen.
2. Touch [Function].
3. Touch the icon ( ) until [Data Transfer Notification] is displayed.
4. Specify the [Data Transfer Notification] setting.
• Off: No notification
• Display: Display the transfer result on the LCD
• Email: Send the transfer result to "From Address" by E-mail
– No user authentication: "From Address" in the "SMTP" settings (page 107)
– With user authentication: "From Address" in the "Access Restrictions" settings (page 110)
5. Touch the icon (
) to complete your selection.
Scanning by selecting the preset condition
1. Launch Configuration Web.
• For details, refer to "12.1 Launch Configuration Web" (page 93).
2. Open the [Scan] tab.
3. Configure [Data Transfer Notification] setting in "Preset Scan".
8.1.1.17 Set Folder to Save Images
Configure the following settings on the computer where the images will be output.
1. Start Image Capture Plus.
• Select [Image Capture Plus Standard] as the application mode.
2. Select [Option] [Scan To PC Settings / Scan Server Settings…] [Scan To PC Settings]
3. Set the destination folder.
4. Click [OK] to save the settings.
