5. Privacy Shield
While the Aries8 and Aries8 Pro Smart Tablets are PCI-approved without the need for privacy shields, they
can be installed with one of two optional privacy shields (high and low) that are included in the box for
additional protection against PIN number theft.
Please Note: Once installed, the higher privacy shield cannot be removed without damaging the privacy
shield, while the low privacy shield can be removed.
1. Align the four pegs on the privacy shield with the four mounting slots around the keypad,
then press the privacy shield firmly to secure it into place.
