9.3 Recommendations
9.3.1 Use original spare parts
Caution - material
Risk of damage due to use of non-genuine spare parts!
To ensure correct operation and safety of the device, only use original spare parts and
accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
Usage of non-genuine spare parts voids all warranties.
Parts to keep in stock for potential replacements are the pistons, S&S kit, injectors, micro-
switches and motors. Refer to maintenance sheet.
9.3.2 Use original approved lubricants
• P80 Emulsion lubricant (water base lubricant)
9.3.3 Maintenance instructions
• Disinfect and clean the system at least once a year or if the treated water has an off-taste or
an unusual odor;
• perform a hardness test every year of both inlet and treated water.
9.4 Cleaning and maintenance
9.4.1 First steps
Before any cleaning or maintenance procedure, complete the following steps:

1. Unplug the wall-mounted transformer.
2. Shut off water supply or put bypass valve(s) into bypass position.
3. Relieve system pressure before performing any operations.
