10.1 Error detection
Errors codes appear on the service display.

It can take up to 1minute before an error can be detected and displayed.
10.2 Error types and causes
10.2.1 Motor stall/cam sense error
Info
No states changes in the optical sensor detected for 6seconds.
1. Unplug the unit and plug back in. Allow the controller to attempt to find
position again.
2. If the unit doesn’t find position, unplug, open the cover (see Controller
replacement [
→
Page68] ) and verify if the optical sensor is in place with
the wires connected to the circuit board.
3. Verify if the motor and gearing components are in good condition and
assembled properly.
4. Check the valve and verify that the piston travels freely.
5. Replace/reassemble the various components as necessary.
6. Plug the unit back in and observe its behaviour.
7. If the error reoccurs, unplug the unit.
8. Put it into bypass.
9. Contact dealer.
