9.04 Removing /inserting the bobbin case
Turn the machine off!
Danger of injury if the machine
is started accidentally!
Removing the bobbin case:
● Raise take-up lever as far as possible.
● Open the post cover, raise latch 1 and
remove bobbin case 2.
Inserting the bobbin case:
● Insert bobbin case 2 so that it clicks into
place.
● Close the latch 1 and close the post
cover.
Do not operate the machine when the post cover is open!
Danger of injury by moving parts!

9.05 Threading the bobbin case / adjusting the thread tension
Turn the machine off!
Danger of injury if the machine
is started accidentally!
● Thread the bobbin as shown in Fig. 9-05.
● When the thread is pulled, the bobbin
must rotate in the direction of the arrow.
● Adjust the bobbin thread tension with
screw 1.
