Requirement
The motion of the thread check spring 5 should have ceased when the needle point enters
the material ( = approx. 7 mm spring stroke).

● Turn retainer 1 (screw 2) in accordance with the requirement.
● Turn screw 3 (screw 4) to adjust the spring resistance.
Due to technical reasons, the length of the thread-check spring stroke can vary a
little in either direction.
