Creating and Saving a Wireless Log
If you cannot resolve your wireless network problems, you can create a log that contains
detailed information about your wireless connection. You can export the log to a USB
drive and then share the information in the log with a Philips Customer Care
representative.
To create a Ping or Diagnostics log:

The client and CA
certificates are
loaded on the USB
flash drive, but they
will not load into the
monitor.
The certificates are not
saved in a \Cert folder
on the USB flash drive.
Create a \Cert folder on the
USB flash drive and place the
certificates in this folder.
The certificates are not
saved in the correct file
names.
Make sure that the correct
file names are used.

The certificate(s) is not
saved in the correct
format(s).
The client certificate must be
saved in the PKCS #12
format. The CA certificate
must be saved in the X.509
format (either Base-64
encoded or DER encoded
binary).
Step
1 Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port on the back of the monitor.
2 Open the Network Test menu.
3 Do one of the following:
• Select Start Ping, or
• Select Diagnostics.
4 Select the Save to USB button.
The monitor saves the log to the USB flash drive as a .txt file with the name
DiagLog_<Monitor Serial Number>_<Timestamp>.txt.
