Introduction
This guide provides repair procedures, performance verification procedures,
troubleshooting steps, and replacement parts for the Efficia patient monitors shown
below.
Intended Audience
This guide is intended for authorized biomedical engineers or technicians responsible
for repairing Philips patient monitoring systems. Before you attempt to service the
monitor, you must review the following information and familiarize yourself with the

Navigation Controls
You can navigate by using the touch screen or the navigation wheel. The touchscreen
is standard on the CM100, CM120, and CM150 monitors and is optional on the CM10
and CM12 monitors. All Efficia CM monitors include a navigation wheel.
