Component replacement
3.3 Upper heater ribbon cable
1. Referring to Opening the BT37 remove Lid Assembly.
2. Referring to Hinge adjustment remove Hinge from Lid Assembly.
3. Remove black plastic label from Upper Lid, followed by the 7 x Countersunk screws
that retain Top Plate. Refer to Fig.1.

4. Carefully lift Top Plate off and collect the 7 x Nylon Cup Washers located beneath it.
Put items to one side for safe keeping. Refer to Fig.2.

5. Remove the 2 x pozi-pan screws and washers that secure the clamping bar above
the FCC cable and the support bar beneath the FCC cable. Remove the clamping
bar. Refer to Fig.3.
