Component replacement
3.18 Power supply
Equipment required for safety testing following power supply
replacement:
Earth Bond Tester, Clare A433R or equivalent
Electrical Safety Tester, Rigel 233 or equivalent
Flash Tester, Clare A303J or equivalent
IMPORTANT When changing the power supply, do not undo or tamper with the
3 nuts securing the protective earth wires shown in Fig_1. These nuts are locked
in place to the cover plates and chassis and must not be undone.

1) Remove the rear panel from the incubator and the left and right hand lid assemblies as
described in Opening the BT37 .
2) Disconnect the battery by pushing the reverse_polarity_protection_bar in the direction
of the arrow shown in Fig_2.
