Component replacement
3.19 Hinge adjustment
To fit or adjust the hinge you will need to use the Hinge adjustable jig assembly,
AM200186.
1. Loosen all three thumb screws and fit lid chamber into jig. fig 1

2. Remove gasket from lid if fitted.
3. On the back of the hinge, loosen the 2 pozi screws as well as the grub screws with
an allen key. Fig 2

4. Insert adjustment jig spacer in-between lid and base to maintain 1.6mm gap all round.
