14) See Upper heater ribbon cable (Upper heater plate ribbon cable replacement) for
fitting cable.
15) Refit the chamber lid assembly and rear panel to the enclosure as described in
Opening the BT37 .
16) Calibrate the chamber that has been serviced as described in Calibration using
automatic calibration kit or Manual calibration .
17) Fit a new lid label to replace the one that was removed at step 3.
3.15 Mains inlet filter
Equipment required for safety testing following mains inlet filter replacement:
Earth Bond Tester, Clare A433R or equivalent
Electrical Safety Tester, Rigel 233 or equivalent
Flash Tester, Clare A303J or equivalent
IMPORTANT When changing the mains inlet and filter, do not undo or tamper
with the 3 nuts securing the protective earth wires as shown in Fig_1. These nuts
are locked in place to the cover plates and chassis and must not be undone.
