PE1(config-vrf)#route-target both 100:2
(2) Configure to bind the interface with the VPN instances

PE1(config-if-Vlan1)# ip vrf forwarding vpna
PE1(config-if-Vlan1)#ip address 10.1.1.2 255.255.255.0
