4.1.3. Adjusting the rotation speed of
welding heads with tachometry (optional)
! Regulation of tacho card 21700647
A Select the G009 factor of R30
parameter.
B Connect a power supply adjustable
from 0 V to 10 V between pins J (+ of
the power supply) and F (0 V of the
power supply) of rotation plug FA3.
C Connect a frequency measurer
between the test points TP5 and
TP8.
D With 10 V from power supply, adjust
potentiometer T4 to read a frequency
of 1100 Hz.
E With 1 V from power supply, adjust
potentiometer T1 to read a frequency
of 110 Hz.
F Repeat operations D and E until the
set-up is correct.
G Connect a power supply adjustable
from 0 V to 10 V between pins J (0 V
of the power supply) and F (+ of the
power supply) of rotation plug FA3.
H Connect a frequency measurer
between the test points TP5 and
TP8.
I With 10 V from power supply, adjust
potentiometer T2 to read a frequency
of 1100 Hz.
J With 1 V from power supply, adjust
potentiometer T3 to read a frequency
of 110 Hz.
K Repeat operations I and J until the
set-up is correct.
