4.1.2. Adjustment of the inverter unit
! Verification of the current reference
signal
The current reference signal is generated on
the sequencer card (217 00 633). The signal is
adjusted in the factory, for readjustment please
contact the Polysoude after-sales service.
A Move the key-operated switch on the
programming board at the front side
to the 160 A position.
B Connect a voltmeter between TP21 0
V analog and the test point TP27.
C Introduce a program without
pulsation with a current of 160 A.
D Start a weld cycle with the switch
"Set up/Weld" in the "Set up"
position. The voltage read must be
10 V. If not, use the potentiometer
T9.
E Start a new cycle with a current
programmed at 4 A. Now the voltage
read must be 0,25 V. If not, use the
potentiometer T10.
F Repeat operations D and E until the
set-up is correct.
