To disinfect:
1. The meter should always be cleaned before you
disinfect it.
2. Take a new PDI Super Sani-Cloth Germicidal
Disposable Wipe and wipe the entire surface of the
meter and keep it wet for two minutes using the PDI
wipe. After two minutes let the meter air dry.
If your meter is being operated by a second person who
is providing testing assistance to the user, the meter
and lancing device should be cleaned and disinfected
prior to use by the second person. When the meter is
only handled by one person, cleaning and disinfection
should be performed periodically, at least once a week.
Storing Your System
Store the meter, test strips and control solution in the
carrying case after each use in a cool, dry place.
Do not freeze.
Do not store in the kitchen or bathroom.
* Your meter is a precision instrument. Please handle it
with care.
