Choosing a Weighing Type
Details on the Weighing Types
Several weighing methods are available. The source of the weight is different ac-
cording to the chosen weighing type.
• Manual Weight Entry ( )
In this mode, you enter the weight manually (see p.49), if you know it.
• Standard Weighing ()
In this mode, you manually and successively put each mail piece on the Weighing
Platform.
Changing the Weighing Type

icon on the screen indicates which type is active.

To change the weighing type from the Home Screen:
1 Either:
The
Weighing type
screen is displayed.
2 Select the weighing type and press [OK] .
The standard weighing type is automatically selected when you
put a mail piece on the Weighing Platform.
You can still enter the weight manually by pressing
