8.3.4. Packaging Process
Place the module into the carrier tape and
use the cover tape to cover it; then wind the
heat-sealed carrier tape to the plastic reel
and use the protective tape for protection. 1
plastic reel can load 200 modules.
Place the packaged plastic reel, 1 humidity
indicator card and 1 desiccant bag into a
vacuum bag, vacuumize it.
Place the vacuum-packed plastic reel into
the pizza box.
Put 4 packaged pizza boxes into 1 carton
box and seal it. 1 carton box can pack 800
modules.
