Figure 14: Turn-off Timing
3.6.2. Turn Off with AT Command
It is safe to turn off the module with AT+QPOWD, which is similar to turning off the module via PWRKEY.
See document [3] for details about AT+QPOWD.
.
3.7. RESET_N
The module can be reset by driving RESET_N low for at least 500 ms and then releasing it. The
RESET_N signal is sensitive to interference, so it is recommended to route the trace as short as possible
and surround it with ground.
1. To avoid corrupting the data in the internal flash, do not switch off the power supply to turn off the
module when it works normally. Only after the module is turned off with PWRKEY or AT command,
the power supply can be cut off.
2. When turning off module with AT command, please keep PWRKEY at a high level after the
execution of turn-off command. Otherwise, the module will be turned on again after being turned off.
