10.4 Descaling coffee circuit
Use commercially available, non-toxic descaling products for coffee machines.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the product packaging.
• Set the set point for coffee temperature to the lowest possible value.
• Place the descaling agent in the water tank.
• With the cold machine just switched on or when the lowest possible set
temperature has been reached, operate the coffee dose dispenser
repeatedly until the tank is completely emptied.
• Rinse the tank and fill it with clean water.
• Operate the coffee dose dispenser repeatedly until the tank is completely
empty.
10.5 Descaling water circuit
Use commercially available, non-toxic descaling products for coffee machines.
Comply with the manufacturer's instructions on the product packaging.
• Place the descaling agent in the water tank.
• Operate 'Water' repeatedly until the tank is completely empty.
• Rinse the tank and fill it with clean water.
• Operate the 'Water' dose repeatedly until the tank is completely empty.
During the descaling process, place a sufficiently large container
under the machine's spout to prevent splashes. Remove splashes
immediately and do not allow them to be absorbed as they may
cause stains or damage.
