10.6 Possible drawbacks
In case of damage to the power cord, please refer to an
authorized service centre for replacement as it is necessary to
use a special tool.
Waste materials used for processing or maintenance, if not biodegradable or
polluting, shall be stored in separate containers and delivered to the appropriate
collection centres.
User-executable control operations to be carried out after disconnecting the
power supply.
• The machine does not start:
1. Check if the plug is inserted.
2. Check that there is current in the network and the life-saver or the master
switch is inserted.
3. Check the condition of the plug and power cord if they are damaged to
have them replaced by qualified personnel.
• Does not deliver coffee:
1. Lack of water in the tank, restore the level.
2. The pump has overheated due to excessive use. Wait for the pump
cooling and the restoration of the thermal protector.
• Irregular coffee brewing
1. Clean the filter in the filter holder.
2. Grinding coffee, too fine or too big.
• Does not deliver hot water or steam
• Lack of water in the tank; restore the level.
• Clogged nozzles; clean the nozzles of the steam lance / water with a
pin.
For any other type of anomaly or inconvenience not specified, disconnect the
power supply plug: refrain from direct repair or verification and contact the
technical service qualified.
