R-net Troubleshooting

1. Check for battery voltage at the hand control
using a Multimeter. Connect the Multimeter
between the two outside pins (figure 4.1.2), pin 1
is positive (+), pin 2 is negative (-).
3. If battery voltage is not present, (figure 4.1.3)
then replace the batteries.
If battery voltage is low (figure 4.1.4) then recharge
the batteries and retest

2. If full battery voltage is present, replace the
following components in this order:
a. Communication Cable
b. Hand control
c. Control module. (refer to the Control Module
Replacement section of this manual.)
d. Retest as necessary.
