12 Care
WARNING
Accumulated grease or food residue in the cooking cabinet
Failure to clean the cooking cabinet sufficiently could result in food residue or accumulated grease creating a
fire hazard.
1. Clean the unit daily.
2. If a fire breaks out, leave the cooking cabinet door closed in order to cut off the fire’s oxygen supply. Switch
the unit off. If the fire has spread, use a fire extinguisher that is suitable for grease fires. Never use water or
foam extinguishing agents on grease fires.
12.1 General safety information
To avoid scalding and burn injuries:

Allow the unit and all functional components to cool down before cleaning.
To avoid property damage, injury or death:

Clean the unit daily even if you are only using the Steam manual operating mode.

Do not use the unit’s automatic cleaning functions to clean accessories.
