If connected to N.O.(normal open) alarm, set the DVR main controller board to N.O. alarm
mode. Then the 1/0 alarm input would trigger alarm under high level voltage.
Setting method:
1. Enter into the Alarm Settings menu by navigating to Menu→ Configuration→ Alarm
Settings.
Select the Alarm Input and click the Set button. This will open the Alarm Input Setting menu.
2. Set the alarm input type. The options available are Normally Opened (N.O.) and Normally Closed (N.C.).
Select the checkbox next to Handle Alarm In as and click the Handle button to enter the Alarm Input
Handle menu. If you want to link alarm to PTZ, please select channel and linkage method.
Note: Before setting PTZ linkage, please check whether your decoder or camera supports
the function. A alarm input can invoke the Preset position, Cruise and Track of several
