4. 4 Workow and operation
The following steps are required for a successful 3D print:
• Creation of a 3D CAD model
• Export of the CAD model into the STL format
• STL check and, if necessary STl repair
• Generation of a G-Code using a coding software like Simplify3D
• Starting the G Code. Either directly via a PC, a SD card or over a network connection

4.1 Simplify 3D
Simplify3D™ Software contains everything you need to begin making parts on
your new 3D printer. Import and manipulate geometry, repair models, generate
G-Code instructions, verify toolpaths, manually control your machine, and print
parts all from the same program!
