3.4.2.1 AC Power Input
The AC Mains must be connected to the terminal block TB1, which is mounted to the DIN rail at the
bottom of the enclosure’s inner panel.
The power supply of the RC4500 can automatically accommodate single phase AC input between 85 to
265 VAC and between 47 to 63 Hz. The power supply card (located on the bottom of the board-stack) will
convert the AC input into 24 VDC power for use by the drive section and for powering the other board-set
cards.
The power input terminal blocks can accept wire diameters up to 10 AWG (6 mm
2
).
