Symptom:
Test page fails to print.
Possible cause:
Faulty HDD
Suggested action:
Replace the HDD. [Link to Hard Disk Drive (HDD)]
If replacing the HDD does not correct the problem, make sure you install the old HDD back into the
E-25C.
Symptom:
E-25C appears in the list of printers on the customer's workstation, but certain jobs do not print.

PostScript error
Suggested action:
Make sure that Print to PostScript Error in Setup is set to Yes. Check for error messages on the E-
25C output.

2. Make sure that the connection between the E-25C and the workstation is working by

3. Resend the problem file.
