3. Specify the file in which the paper setting is saved, and then press [OK].
4. Specify the paper to import, and press [OK].
The imported setting is applied to the machine.
• You can create a backup the paper settings as well while creating a backup of the system settings.
For details, see "Creating a Backup of/Restoring the Setting Information", User Guide.
Deleting a Custom Paper
• You cannot change the settings of the paper that is already assigned to a tray. Assign another
paper to the tray on which the paper is assigned. For details, see page 147 "Changing Tray Paper
Settings".
• The settings of the paper that is being used on the color controller cannot be changed.
1. Press the [Media] hub.
Press [Master Library], [Custom Paper], or Group to delete the item in each list.
2. Select the check box of the paper to delete, and press [Delete].
Select the check box in the column title to select all paper that is displayed in the list.
3. Press [OK].
The Custom Paper is deleted.
