2. Enter the login user name under [User Name].

You can also select a registered user from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter the password under [Password].
4. Press [Login].
• To log out from the machine, press the user name, and then press [Logout].

Changing the Login Password
To prevent unauthorized use of the machine, change the password regularly.
You can use up to 128 alphanumeric characters in the password. Do not use a string that can be easily
guessed.
• Pay attention to the capitalization when you enter alphabetic characters, and enter the string
correctly.
• The symbols that you can use in a password are as follows:
(space) ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~
