Panel Indicator
The following table explains the meaning of the various indicator patterns that the printer alerts to users
about its conditions.
Indicator patterns Cause
The Alert indicator is lit. The printer cannot be used normally. Check the
error on the control panel.
The Alert indicator is flashing in yellow. Toner has nearly run out.
The Data In indicator is flashing. The printer is receiving print data from a
computer.
The Data In indicator is lit. There is data to be printed.
The Power indicator is lit. The power is on.
