Ref Value (PvT)
Sets the reference time for the horizontal axis in the PvT view. Modifying this value
will not cause you to restart measurements. It is only used for trace display. When
you enable the auto scale function or modify the reference position, the ref value will
be modified accordingly. Note that this menu is only valid in PvT measurement mode.
