What to do if a fault has occurred on my Rockwell Automation Controller?

  If a fault has occurred on your Rockwell Automation Controller, you can try the following steps: * Acknowledge the fault by pressing the Esc key. * Navigate to MAIN MENU / DIAGNOSTICS / FAULTS / VIEW FAULT QUEUE. * Correct the condition that caused the fault. * Clear the fault by pressing and holding the ESC key for 3 seconds. * Cycle control power to the device. * Press the Stop key on an External HIM. * Program the SMC-Flex controller for a CLEAR FAULT, which can be found in MAIN MENU / DIAGNOSTICS / FAULTS. * Configure Option Input #2 (terminal 15) to clear faults with a N.O. push button.
