X reports read, but do not reset, totals and counters within a report.
1. From the MANAGER MODE menu press 1 to select X Reports:

• ENTER REPORT# TO
ISSUE X REPORT
• PRESS ENTER TO
VIEW REPORT LIST
• PRESS ESC TO
RETURN TO MANAGER
MODE MENU
2. If you know the number of the report you wish to generate, enter the number and
press ENTER. If you wish to look up the report number, press ENTER to
view the X Report List, then press the number of the report you wish to generate.
