TSL-770 Operation Manual
Input Polarity Sets input trigger polarity.
High Active Triggers on a rising edge.
Low Active Triggers on a falling edge.
Output Polarity Sets output trigger polarity.
High Active Select when use an instruments that identies rising edge.
Low Active Select when use an instruments that identies falling edge.
Pass Through Replicates the input trigger on the output trigger with identical timing.
ON A trigger is output with the same timing as the input trigger,
but reshaped according to the Output Polarity setting.
OFF No trigger is output even if there is an input trigger.
Output Trigger Period Mode
Denes the repetition period of the output trigger. The setting is only
valid in the continuous sweep mode.
Time Sets the output trigger to be periodic in time.
Triggers are output at a regular time intervals determined
by the trigger step setting and the sweep speed setting. In
this mode, the wavelength difference between steps is not
uniform, however, the exact wavelength is recorded and
available in the wavelength log.
The maximum output trigger rate is 20 kHz; for example, at a
sweep speed of 200 nm/s the minimum interval for the trigger
is 10 pm.
Wavelength Sets the output trigger to be periodic in wavelength.
Triggers are output at regular wavelength intervals determined
by the built-in wavelength monitor. The interval in time will
vary depending on wavelengths. The maximum output trigger
rate is 5 kHz.
