Linearization after Transport
After transport, the linearity and calibration of your
balance may be out of the permissible tolerances
(see the “Specifications”). Always carry out internal
linearization of the balance after transport.
Repeating this procedure – several times, if necessary –
enhances the linearization. This procedure is described
on page 1–35.
Preparing a Verified Balance for Use as a Legal
Measuring Instrument:
After initially connecting the balance to AC power
(or after a relatively long power outage), allow
it to warm up for at least 24 hours.
