The on/off button reacts after approximately
1 second and the coffee machine switches
off.
When troubleshooting, for example if the
software freezes, the PC board can be
switched off by pressing and holding the
on/off button.
9.3 Troubleshooting
Error description Instruction
The sieve is caught on
the brewing piston.
This can occur when the portalter is removed too
soon.
Caution! The brewing sieve is hot.
* Rotate the sieve anti-clockwise
and remove it
from the brewing piston.
* Insert the portalter without the sieve
The brewing piston moves into the initial position.
Important Do not rotate into the opposite direction.
Otherwise, the closure may open accidentally. This
could damage the hoses and seal.
Control panel does not
react
* Switch the coffee machine OFF and ON again
Brewing does not start * Check if the stopcock is open
* Check whether an empty portalter is inserted
