1 Introduction
1.1 General system information
The SECURO 24 PRO addressed 24V DC emergency light panel has 6 output circuits. 20
addressed exit lights or safety lighting fixtures can be connected to each circuit, giving a total
of max. 120 luminaires per panel. The control panels - depending on version - can be equipped
with 2 pcs. or 4 pcs. 12V 45Ah batteries, depending on whether a runtime of 1 or 3 hours is
required.
Power supply of devices and communication is carried out on the same two cables. The control
panels are always equipped with 3-line interface modules and one battery manager module.
The control panels can be networked via TCP/IP or RS485. To program the system, you need
the Schrack SECURO programming software, which is checked with a dongle.
The 24V DC central battery address system SECURO 24 PRO is the ideal solution for a safe
emergency lighting system for both small and due to the networking features - for large
installations.
1.2 Security
Use the product only for its intended purpose. Any other use not indicated in the operating
instructions may be dangerous, damage the product and result in loss of warranty.
The device operates on mains voltage. The assembly/fastening of the product should only be
carried out by a qualified person with elements supplied by the manufacturer.
For maintenance, make sure the device is unplugged. The manufacturer is not liable for
damage resulting from improper use. Any kind of service can only be performed by a qualified
person. Installation of the emergency lighting system shall be carried out only by a qualified
person.
The product is made taking into account the requirements of the EN 60598-2-22 standard.
