Note the time you toggled the bit. Enter transparent communication with the relay on Port 7 and
check the time on the relay. The relay time should be 01:00:00 plus the number of seconds since
you toggled the message trigger bit. This synchronization technique is not as accurate as with
IRIG-B. You can expect the time on the relay to be synchronized within three seconds of the
SEL-2020 clock.
