Front Beam adjustment

◆ Loosen the loc k nut【A】【B】and tur n the
adjustment lever [C] on both sides for the same
number of turns to achieve the designated toe.

adjustment lever【C】on both sides for the same
number of turns to achieve the designated toe.
◆
If the front beam reaches the specified value,
the length【D】of each tie rod shall be 416 ~
419mm(16.4 ~ 16.5 inches).

Adjust the length of the horizontal pull rod so that the
visible thread length【E】at both ends of the horizontal
pull rod is even. Uneven thread length will cause
damage to the end of the horizontal pull rod
Check the front beam
◆ Tighten：
Lock nut torque of Tie Rod
50 ～ 60 N.m（5.0~6.0kgf·m，36.9~44.3ft·lb）
